Warranty Policy

We manufacture the highest quality socks and accessory items. We know you’ll agree. If you experience a problem that is a defect in materials or workmanship DeFeet® warrants your products for one year from the date of purchase, and we will repair or replace your products at no charge. DeFeet® has the sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects. Holes due to crashes and obvious abuse are NOT a manufacturer’s defect. For warranty claims you must return your DeFeet® products to DeFeet®,with a proof of purchase, the completed Exchange and Repair Form (click for form), and contact information. We built our reputation on a quality, performance oriented product and we stand behind everything we manufacture. We encourage you to send your DeFeet® products by a traceable method (such as FedEx or UPS), as DeFeet® is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. We will return your product using ground shipping. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.For further information, e-mail us at: warranty@defeet.com

Substitution / Discontinued products

If your returned model has been discontinued, please choose a new product and indicate the substitution model on your Warranty and Repair Service Sheet. You can choose a different style product if your style is currently unavailable on our web site with EQUAL or LESS retail value. Style names are available at defeet.com.

Scope and Duration of the Warranty

This warranty program lasts for five years on your DeFeet® product. This warranty program covers all parts of your DeFeet® products and applies to all defects in materials or workmanship, except for loss.

Limitation on Damages

For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to damages or repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of DeFeet®. DeFeet® is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from use of this product. Note: some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from State to State.This warranty extends to residents of the United States only. 


Download, print, and fill out the DeFeet Return Form. You must include this form with any returned item(s).

Important: To return your DeFeet® product for warranty, please pack them carefully to avoid damage in shipment. Ship via UPS or FedEx so that your package can be traced if lost. We will not be responsible for lost packages or damages due to improper packaging and/or mailing. Include with your product a printed version of the DeFeet® Warranty, Exchange and Repair Form. If there is a replacement charge, we will call you to authorize the replacement.
